School Of Athens Analaysis

How can art be a mirror of society?
Art can be a mirror of society by it's physical appearance that shows people and backgrounds. It also shows clothes that people wear which reflects fashions that people wore at that time period. For example, in this drawing (School of Athens), people wore similar clothes which is called Toga. During Renaissance period, artists usually drew and represent architecture and setting. For architecture, they include Greco Roman style which is Greek and Roman architectures. People used this type of architectures in Renaissance period which means this drawing was from Renaissnace. In detail, in this drawing, the Roman architecture is the dome and Greek architectures are status and sculptures. So, art can be a mirror of society with background, architectures, and people inside the drawing.

Myself as a part of School of Athens
If I was a part of School of Athens painting, I would become Raffaello Sanzio. Raffaello Sanzio (Raphael) is a painter who painted School of Athens. He was a telented Italian painter and architect from his young age. He kept on with his career of art and architecture. He formed a traditional trinity with Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci. He was mostly known for his collaborative printmaking. In the painting, Raffaello Snazio is participating in discussion of ideas, experiments and thinking with the scientists and learning from them. Like Raphael, I like to learn from people and I like to participate in small group discussions. Also like Raffaello Sanzio, I like drawing which made me feel more connection between me and Raphael. Like Raphael, I will try to achieve a success in my career in many things.
